No interview. Imitate hire. They set up a date for a drug test, and to take a photo for the ID badge. After the self administered drug test (oral swab), they sat me down and took my picture for the security/ID badge. I was told it would take 2-5 days before they knew the results of the test, but I was emailed with a start date in about 24 hours.

No interview questions. They just need people who can do monotonous tasks without going insane.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

None. There is no interview. You simply accept the offer presented and show up for the orientation process. You have to take assessments and drug screen and they do background check.

Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
