3 seperate managers will ask you 2 main questions each (totaling 6 questions) seperaely for 30 minuets each (1 hour 30 mins total) relating to the 12 Amazon leadership principles and how you have demonstrated that specific principle, using S.T.A.R format, within a practical example. S.T.A.R and Leadership Principles are the foundation of this company and are asked in every interview, regardless of position in the buisness. Further clarification can be found on Google for both S.T.A.R and Principles.

30 minute interview with relevant interviewer from job scope. Short introduction from interviewer, and also expect an introduction of yourself. Questions are based on Leadership Principles and answer them based on STAR method.
