Online form, telephone screening, competency tests and review of work previously completed. Lengthy process for relatively simple job. Trial shift with stats given and whether you have met minimum times or not. Probably an over subscribed job.

No interview to get the job. Just have to schedule a date for onboarding. Once onboarding was done and everything was good then they have you come for orientation/first day.
