Unfair process. I was interviewed by somebody who would be my colleague if selected to the position. This person does not even care of my interest in applying to the role or my previous experience. I personally believe that being interviewed by somebody with less o more experience is not correct, this person's opinion or evaluation of the interview will not be an objective opinion. Has this future colleague the right criteria to select another person who could have a better experience and maybe could be a threat for him in his career progression or ambition within the company? Should it be somebody from HR with a neutral point of view looking for somebody with the right skills set and experience? The interviewer introduced himself and went straight to behavioral questions. It was not difficult, but it is not fair that every individual will react in different ways within the same situation and both will obtain the same result, mostly if coming from different industries and background.

- Behavioral questions about things you have done, based on your own experience, but you have to be lucky to hit Amazon parameters in providing or using the words the interviewer wants to hear from you. If the interviewer starts to put faces or gestures during the interview just forget about it, remember you have to please the interviewer otherwise not succeed.

They make sure the candidate is comfortable and has room to make questions. It is a both way process to learn if the candidate is fit for the position and vice versa.

Colloquio
Phone screening by recruiter followed by two 1:1 phone interviews by hiring manager and specialist, followed by invite where there were a tour and six back-to-back interviews and lunch. Some interviews were 1:1, some were 2:1. Great opportunity to learn about a very unique company, however, no time to rest or recoup, only on bathroom breaks. Many questions had at their roto the Amazon Principles. I received response within 48 hrs. afterwards, but no feedback given.
