Very interesting process, it was my first interview with a big company I was so excited and then screw it up. I was too nervous. So keep in mind be chill
The recruiter called first for 30 mins analysis of background and profile review. Next they scheduled a technical phone call for approx 30-40 minutes .they only want to assess if you are able to handle the basic network and computer troubleshooting issues with the client.
