Colloquio
1st: Hiring manager interview
2nd: team member interview
3rd: a round of 5 interviews - with the bar raiser and other 4 members of the team from tech, product , marketing and management.
I made it to the final round.
Positive:
The first and second interviews was with nice guys who are asking smart and tricky questions.
Negative
The final round which was 5 interviews, they were with arrogant people who don’t try to make any connection or eye contact, they just type on the keyboard while the candidate is speaking.
In one of the interviews the interviewer came after 15 minutes and start rushing with bunch of questions and interrupting.
The bar raiser made the interview in the middle of her house where other people are moving around and pets. That was irresponsible behaviour.
The interviews were like a team of investigators who are trying to proof something for themselves.
My conclusion:
This is an arrogant company who build their reputation of being high performing company over the bones of their employees who usually get burned within a couple of years.

They keep asking you the same question about giving a story of an innovative idea you made, they expect from you to bring different example in every interview.
It had 6 rounds- heavily focussed on leadership principles. they really do cross question almost every other example.......... You get multiple interviewers across the organisation. I thought- the questions were repetitive after one point.
