Phone interview was pretty standard asking asking about myself and trying to understand key skills I would have to bring to the job.
Panel interview was competency based questions which are based on the Amazon leadership values.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
