Nach einem kurzen Gruppengespräch mit 2 weiteren Bewerbern und einer kurzen zu erarbeitenden Präsentation gab es Einzelgespräche mit zwei Rollenspielen.
Zusätzlich dazu gab es eine weitere Interviewrunde mit 6 Fragestellern aus verschiedenen Bereichen. Abgefragt wurden relevante Kenntnisse, Motivation, persönlicher Hintergrund und auch persönlicher Interessen basierend auf dem Lebenslauf.
Abgeschlossen wurde der Prozess mit einem Rundgang durch den Standort.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
