You apply online , then are emailed an appointment time to come in for an initial interview. You will be interviewing along with other candidates at the initial interview — I thought this would be daunting, but it is organized and not very competitive.

I had to answer online questions. One question was a logistics puzzle that I had to solve concerning hypothetical boxes that had certain restrictions on their placement within a tier of shelves. For example, “Box A could not be next to Boxes C, F or H. Boxes over a certain weight had to be placed on the bottom shelf. Boxes D and G must always be next to one another, etc.”

No interview at all, you go into the hiring center, take your drug test, fill out some preliminary paperwork, verify the building and schedule you want, your start date and that's it.
Not too bad pretty easy and straightforward, simple question surrounding handling and moving. Make sure you know basic safety rules as they will ask you, for example how do you carry heavy items.

Apply online, go to the on-site office for oral drug swab and ID picture. Start date is assigned once background check comes back. The actual start date will depend on how fast the check comes back but isn't normally delayed.
