Telephone interview lasting 30 minutes which touches on your motivations for the role and questions regarding leadership. Full day at a fulfilment centre consisting of 4 consecutive 45 minute interviews. The questions themselves are not entirely difficult it is the length of the process and having productive questions for each interviewer which is tiring, especially after only receiving 3 days notice so preparation was not ideal.

No es dificil pero es un muy aburrido y se te hace muy larga, sobre todo si no te cogen.

Interviewers were friendly and try to ease you up before they give you questions. They had experience on the job so it was good to learn about what they do in their everyday work.

Tell me about a time you had to regain someone's trust. What did you do wrong and how did you gain their trust again afterward?
first online form, then HR email, then online webinar, finally 3 online interviews, in 2 hours, half an hour each. Check your internet, your headset, etc. The interviewers are different, 1 is your future superior, the other 2 are corporate. Over 1 and half month of my life wasted
