I arrived, group of people, showed identification and HS Diploma, Hiring Event, drug screen, badge photo, background check, hired. Pretty easy interview. Wasn't an interview at all really. Direct contingent hire basession on passing drug test and background check
Was bare minimum. Just applied for the job through the app and then had to shore up to do the drug test. It was the easiest job applying experience I have ever had

Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
