I undertook phone interview with agency who then arranged an interview at amazon.I attended Amazon where the process took 2 hours.Firstly I did written test which contained comprehension,emails, checking passports etc.I then had a one to one interview where I discussed my personal skills which I would bring to the job

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.
