If you’ve secured an offer from Amazon, the recruiter will explain the terms to you (salary, work location, hours, etc.). If you choose to negotiate (and you should!), any adjustments would be approved by a separate compensation committee. If everything is cleared, the recruiter will send over the necessary paperwork.

No interview to get the job. Just have to schedule a date for onboarding. Once onboarding was done and everything was good then they have you come for orientation/first day.

It was a very easy process. The process is simple and immediate hire. You will go through a screening process for drug testing and will be given your training date.
Incredibly simple and easy to get through. Minimal questioning overall. Just wanted to know if I’ve done this work before and if I can work night shift. Asked about any drug history and if I’ve worked in a factory before
