Pre covid si andava alla sede/magazzino più vicino per 3 colloqui da 45 Min (almeno 1 in presenza); ora si fa tutto online tramite la chat proprietaria Chime. Amazon fornisce tutto il materiale per arrivare preparati alla perfezione, nonostante fossi stato chiamato durante le mie ferie estive, ho scaricato i PDF e le pagine link e non ho avuto difficoltà (necessaria conoscenza almeno elementare dell'inglese che verrà testato con una domanda in lingua).

Le domande sono estratte dal manager intervistatore da una piattaforma che contiene centinaia di quesiti ma che si basano tutti sui principi leadership, facilmente individuabili online. (Amazon stessa li elenca e spiega sul proprio sito)
