There is no interview, nor do you fill out an application. To be hired on at Amazon, you only need to register on their Amazon jobs page (different from Amazon shopping site), pick and shift and location, accept an immediate contingent job offer (must pass background check and oral drug screen), shedule when you can take the drug screen, show up at the appointment you schedule with you ID and authorization to work paperwork (passport, birth certificate or social security card). After that, check email regularly for new hire information and forms, and VOILA!! You’re! an Amazonian

They do not interview for this position. The "interview" is essentially you go to a location with others and learn about the job/Amazon. The hiring process was quite long though. I was officially hired and didn't have the orientation until a month or so later.
