Very long and drawn out with long periods of getting no response. Had to follow up multiple times with the local recruiter to find out what was going on after being told I had made it to the next round. Would interview with people in departments around the world which was interesting.

Job was with AWS. Applied online. Amazon does not collect cover letters. Once my resume was screened I was invited to take a management test. Had very little to do with my job and more about KPIs for delivery drivers. After the online management test I had a phone interview with someone I'd manage and my potential boss. Questions were pre-prepared and always 3-4 parts. The interview was very cold and regimented. No follow ups. Simply wanted my response. Did not feel conversational. The answers to my questions were not helpful. I withdrew my application after this interview due to my potential boss not feeling like I'd work under their management style.
