It was a two round virtual interview, both interviews back to back. Interviewers were actual Amazon operations managers. Interviews were both for thirty minutes, offer was given within 2 weeks and once offered had 10 days to accept

during the entire process there was about 2 to 3 people that I interviewed with, focus on understanding importance of working with associates and psychological safety. not too in-depth on specific concepts but rather more behavioral.

Primeramente tuve que pasar unas pruebas de inglés ante de llegar a la entrevista que fue larga ya que dura en total más de dos horas (en mi caso fue online) pero te proporcionan desde el principio las herramientas necesarias para completarla con éxito.
