The interview process was carried out in the first phase through an automated system, which provided answers according to the function's routine activities, I believe as a way of identifying the degree of organization and assertiveness of the possible collaborator. The stage is relatively long, but not tiring. The scenarios are being changed and new directions are made at each round, simulating the work environment.
