One set of the interview was exclusively around Amazon Leadership principles. Have a story ready for each of the leadership principles in preparation. This proved incredibly helpful in being able to utilize them when answering any of the questions asked.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
