Behavioral only. Focused on only the leadership principle side of things. Check youtube for examples. No technical portion as well. Just prep well for behavioral. Interviewers are hit are miss. Potential stress test as my second interviewer was not very responsive.

Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.

2. Online assessment (took a week to get)
3. 2 45 minute back to back interviews with 15 minute break in between (took a month to get back)
