The interview was shorted than expected. You meet in a room with the other applicants and some instructors to pre-brief, then you have 3 interviews by yourself that are supposed to last 30 mins each. Very big on digging deep.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
