Multi-step. First was introductory phone call. This lasted 15 min, straight forward. A week later, second interview. The interview lasted over an hour with multiple interviewers and stages. The process was straight forward. Asking questions such as, greatest strength, greatest weakness, behavioral response questions that are work place relevant. Overall good interview process, straight forward.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
