Amazon conducts behavioral interviews based on situations. You must have 20 to 30 stories and you must present them in the situation, task, action, results format. After phone interviews, a person will go through the loop which is five interviews with five different people in one day. You cannot repeat your stories.

Colloquio
The Amazon interview process for this particular role consisted of:
- Answering a short questionnaire for Recruiting
- Online assessment (work scenarios simulation ~30 minutes)
-Personality test (similar to Briggs-Meyers ~20 minutes)
- Phone screen (1 hour): The interviewer explained what their team does, current projects etc. The assessment portion consists of several behavioral questions and follow-ups. Saves time at the end to answer candidate's questions.
- 2nd phone screen (as above)
- Writing assignment to assess communications skills (2-3 page paper)
- 5 video interviews (1 hour each)
From initial contact to offer letter: ~3 months
