Describe the Situation, what you were responsible for accomplishing as your Task, what Actions you took, and what happened as the Result. Know your past and your accomplishments! Don’t be shy about claiming what you, as an individual, accomplished or led. And the more data you can include, the better. Dates, lengths of time, number of people, how many programs or projects, how much faster or how much bigger or how much money you caused the company to save— these facts and figures are important and increase your chances of rising above.
