Way too rigorous and computer driven, seems like they lack the human approach and prefer a generative AI individual. The feedback is awful as it doesn't provide feedback on your strengths and weaknesses.

Very technical questions with a bias towards the mechanical and electrical.
Phone interview. The recruiter who approached me via Linkedin did not tell that the interview will be purely technical.
I received overwhelming amount of information abut the company principles and behaviour questions, but none of this was useful for the interview.
