You are hired through Integrity Staffing who takes you through a step by step process of applying. You take a test on a computer and must pass to go to the next step, you fill out your information and then watch a video about Amazon and the different positions before you are interviewed and drug tested. They tell you the available schedules and positions and set up an orientation date and start date.

No personal interview and easy process just received an offer letter a few weeks after applying and do background check and drug test and get hired. It is pretty much simple process but just be prepared to stand for long hours.

Easy, swift. There was a very long line but it consistently moved. I was able to get through within an hr. You have to keep returning for background checks and drug testing then you get a start day.
