After the initial application there were three interviews, all scheduled on the same day via Amazon Chime. Interviews followed the format outlined in the information provided by Amazon prior to the interview date. There was a pre-interview brief that took about 15 minutes, and the three following interviews were scheduled for 30 minutes each, though each one only lasted about 20. Interviews were conducted by both current area managers and people in other roles at Amazon.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
