Two 45 minute phone screens and an onsite 3 hour interview with 5 different people. they have One coming from outside the department to get a " fresh perspective" on you. One of them is your manager who you will be required to roleplay with, the 3rd is the bar raiser who is going to be your most challenging one, the fourth person is HR and that's just a standard conversation and the 5th is a member of your team you will be working with.

They have core principles that they value Amazon on. The way the interview process works is each interviewer gets assigned 2 core principles and they will ask you behavioral and situational questions.
ie: tell me about a time you had to make an informed decision with little information to go on
tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult situation with an employee? how did you handle it?
why are you a good fit for this role?
I got contacted by a recruiter and then one interview with the hiring manager! That was really it because they were rushing to place someone, super quick and took about 2 weeks total.

I only got through to the first stage, where my experience didn't quite match what they were looking for. The next stage was a meeting with someone from their Sales department, and then there is a take-home task, followed by review and further interviews with more senior staff.
