Dopo un'iniziale presentazione, ho parlato delle mie esperienze. Dopodichè il recruiter mi ha raccontato qualcosa riguardo ad Amazon e alla posizione lavorativa per la quale mi sono candidato e mi ha fatto alcune domande a cui rispondere col metodo STAR.

didn't make it to the loops. Overall very disappointing experience:
- HM Screen format was different with what they told you. Make sure you double checked with recruiter before proceeding.
- Yet recruiter completely disappeared after proceeding me to the next round.
- During both calls, interviewers seemed very disengaged, busy taking notes, and not interested in knowing my experience. HM didn't even ask me to introduce myself.

Process takes 2-3 months so very lengthy.
There are 3-4 rounds in total each. Most of the applicant get rejected after first round. In first round focus on amazon values
