L’entretien téléphonique de phone screen est en général réalisé avec votre futur manager ou un membre de l’équipe
que vous allez intégrer. C’est un premier entretien où vous parlez succinctement du poste et de votre parcours mais il
s’agit principalement d’un entretien type Amazon basé sur les leadership principles. Il faut donc se préparer fortement
avant cet entretien pour pouvoir faire bonne figure et passer à la suite du processus.
Le phone screen peut etre aussi bien en français qu’en anglais.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
1 Phone screen, 4 loops of behavioral interviews. A bar raiser is involved in one of the 4 loops. They respond back in the same week regarding the next steps / feedback
