Terrible. I received verbal and written communication 2+ months ago that they were extending me an offer then completely ghosted. The communication with the recruiter was unfortunately bad from Day 1 and I constantly had to keep following up. Overall spent about 10+ hours on interviews, assessments, and a written assignment, and another 10+ prepping up for my interview. Overall, I am taking this as a blessing because I do not want to work for a company that treats candidates this way as it reflects how they will treat their employees.
