Super easy - you just take an assessment. Not sure if anyone fails it, but you take it and depending on how you do, it assigns you your position. I'm assuming if you score lower or answer questions slowly, you get a more general position that doesn't require so much attention to detail.

Online Assessment - this included a tutorial/lessons and a bit of reading. Nothing too difficult. Amazon's lessons are easy to follow

Just apply online, then you'll get a call for an 'interview' but its just formalities. They just take your basic information and you're hired as long as you pass the background check.

Orientation was fun. It is a great place to work if you like to actually work. Moneys definitely worth it.

It was pretty straightforward we had over a hundred people who were interviewed one after another since it was a new location at Sacramento. I think they had their mind made up on who they want before the interview itself
