Two back to back 45 minute interviews with 2-4 behavioral questions. The questions will be based on 2 of the 16 leadership principles. There will be an info session on the interview email that you are invited to where you will be informed of the 4 out of 16 leadership principles you should focus on, make sure to attend.

Applied on Handshake. After initial screening, I was sent an Excel technical case. This was followed by four back-to-back interviews panel style. One interviewer focused on technical, the other three were focused on behavioral questions.

Four back-to-back rounds of 45-minute interviews. Two had two interviewers while the other two had one interviewer. The third round was based on the excel case study and explain how you came to your conclusions.
