Colloquio interamente on-line, con test attitudinale e verifica abilità. Interessante come modalità anche la risposta sull'esito del processo selettivo. Tutti gli esiti ricevuti tramite mail, nessun contatto telefonico dopo qualche settimana ho ricevuto la convocazione a visita medica e oggi la mail che conferma l invio dell' attrezzatura di lavoro. Non vedo l'ora di iniziare

Era più un colloquio virtuale guidato con una serie di domande sull' attitudine al lavoro anche di squadra, e poi una simulazione di eventi tipo che possono verificarsi durante il turno, studiate per testare la capacità di gestire più informazioni contemporaneamente.

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
