Had recruiter screening, never received invitation for 1st round of interview. After followup, recruiter mentioned that they are still reviewing profiles but received reject later. The overall process tool 2 weeks. Received recruiter calls invite the next day I applied.

Boring and unclear. Overall a waste of my time. They have the STAR questions and I felt that all members of the interview did not want to be there. The recruiter abandon me after the interview process.

Phone call followed by on-site interview. There was not single question on AI during the whole 4 hour on site interview . A whole hour on a web system design. On site started 1 hour late, as the recruiter did not bother inform me about the delay . Seemed to me like the the interview was entirely for immigration purposes - one dude even took a picture of my answer on the white board - probably thought that was a incorrect answer.
