antes, envié muchos documentos (diplomas, comprobantes de residencia, documentacion etc). también contesté a preguntas en linea, además de escribir un texto.
en la entrevista fueron bastante receptivos, y hicieron preguntas estrategicas. no les interesa la experiencia del candidato, más bien sus soft skills frente a riesgos y alta presión

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.
