Reached out to hiring manager directly for an info call, so skipped the recruiter phone round. Followed by a formal round of hiring manager phone interview. Final round was the loop with 4 back-to-back interviews.

All about leadership principles. Each interviewer focused on ~2 principles. They asked deep questions and follow-ups. My skip asked tough questions and challenged on my story.
Moves very fast and the recruiter/panel is quick to respond. No new questions, everything from LPs. They also want to know about an AI project and a few financial models you built

Cinco etapas de entrevista. Precisa reservar tempo pra assistir explicação sobre o processo de entrevistas. Impessoal, pouca informacao sobre a vaga e baseado em tecnicas de comunicação. Usam sistema próprio que não funciona direito (mencionado pelo rh que costuma apresentar alguns problemas) e recrutador de mal humor.

Last round was a loop interview of 6 individuals consisting of members of the team, hiring manager, business partners, and bar raisers
