One interviewer is often a “Bar Raiser,” whose role is to maintain hiring standards and probe deeply into your experience, decision-making, and impact.

Very structured, using the leadership principles. It felt a little mechanical but very thorough. Limited interest in WHY I was interviewing. Great advice from recruiter in the process leading up to the loop.
