They have set of questioner to ask at manager level, total of 4- 5 rounds of interview will be conducted. You need to align your answers in STAR format and connecting them with the leadership principles. Most of the questions are situation based

Tell me about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer. Why did you do it? How did the customer respond? What was the outcome?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
