Interviews will typically be 4-5 rounds with various employees in the org. You will need to prep for behavioral based interview questions and focus on the STAR method when answering. Bring as much data to the table as possible to really highlight results.

They will ask you about 8-12 questions that are depending on the leadership principles they are looking for to suit the position. Be aware that a loop interview may be conducted of 4 different judges. That interview will be handled with 4 different Operation Managers. You will have a time at the end to ask questions.
