The interview process consisted of a recruiter screening, followed by a two-day virtual onsite. Day 1 included a 60-minute behavioral and coding round with a Senior SDM from the Selling Partner Services (SPS) org. Day 2 included three back-to-back rounds: one focused on data structures and algorithms, another on system design, and the last on leadership principles and problem-solving. The bar raiser round tested both depth of technical knowledge and Amazon’s leadership principles. The coding questions required optimal solutions, and the behavioral responses were assessed for ownership, customer obsession, and dive deep qualities.
