There a number of steps in the interview process. The first is a phone screen with their HR department, followed by a second phone interview with the companies regional manager. If you pass to the next level, you are brought in for an in person interview followed by a phone interview with Vitamin Ts CEO. While the process was overall okay, one thing Vitamin T will ask in the interview process (in my case, in the in person interview) is whether or not you would be willing to work in their offices for a week for no salary (this is especially true for people who have sales experience, but not necessarily in the recruitment industry). Immediately upon hearing this and refusing to accommodate their request, I was subsequently denied any additional interviews from the company.

Best places to look for this is by spending a couple hours reading through the company blog and connecting with their management on Linkedin. Also used a personality quiz that you took online (this was interesting, as it defined how your personality translates into your work personality).
