The interview consisted of behavioral questions, a single LeetCode coding problem, and several questions about the company’s background and values. It was conducted in one session, testing both technical and soft skills comprehensively.

I first had a HR phone screen, and then I had a few days to complete a small test and send the answer back. I submitted my answer and I was rejected because "the code lacked documentation and was not divided into several functions". I found this a ridiculous passing criteria given that it was only a Leetcode question. I think that the company has little to no experience in interviewing software engineers using LC style questions, and that they tried to invent arbitrary criteria to appear more selective.
