The company receives a large number of applications, so it’s natural that part of the process is automated and that competition is high at every stage. There’s a strong emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving, and behavioral traits, and you can be a great fit even without direct experience in the field. After the initial screening, candidates move on to a set of logical and behavioral tests before reaching the interview phase. In my case, I had three interviews — behavioral, problem-solving, and technical. The technical interview focused on my experience in AI, including discussions about previous projects as well as problem-solving and knowledge-based questions in the field. After successfully completing these, there was a reference check followed by the final decision stage, where the company either extends an offer or not. Overall, it was a well-structured and thoughtful process, with continuous and transparent communication from the hiring manager. The company clearly aims to gather as much signal as possible about a candidate’s potential while keeping the time investment reasonable for applicants.
