The selection process at Bending Spoons is data-driven and aims to provide a 360-degree picture of the candidates' talent.
The process consists of an online application with a CV and Cover Letter, a selection of quantitative and qualitative online tests, two to three interviews, and reference collection.
Overall, the process has been a great learning experience and also gave me an opportunity to get to know the company and assess whether my values were aligned with its mission.

Very long, very time consuming compared to other very excellent companies who are as competitive (if not more) as Bending Spoons. It consists in different tasks and interviews with different people from the team and from the HR department

I had to go through 12 tasks, 3 interviews (all included some kind of tasks), and they called 3 of my referrals to assess my past performance. The process took around 3 months, and unfortunately, they decided not to go with my candidate, and as a token of appreciation, I got a discount code on Remini.
If you truly want to go for the job, I guess it's worth it. Otherwise, they'll probably waste your 3 months like they did to mine (and compensate with a discount code for a video editing app).
