Overall, very good experience, although I failed the logic interview in a non-easy environment. In fact, I was given some logic problems in English, and asked to think out loud in Italian, it might not seem like a huge problem but it has a toll on the reasoning.

Took 6/7 weeks for a response after applying. Applied to two roles. No response for second role. Asked to do 7 tests of about 5 hours work (time limit, time taken not tested), have 10 days to do it in total: - 2 logic tests, 30 mins each - 3 coding challenges, 30 mins each - 2 larger project tasks, 1.5hours each Assigned a personal contact in the company. Did not respond to my queries. Did not waste more time on this application with tests. Process familiar to companies that do not care about you and are only looking for people who work and think in a certain way.
