Il colloquio é strutturato in 4 fasi: intro, domande behavioral, test di logica, domande del candidato. Le domande sono volte a capire la comprensione del ruolo, la motivazione del candidato verso la posizione e verso l'azienda, la determinazione, l'attitudine al lavoro e l'allineamento alla cultura aziendale.

Initial screening, followed by a series of online assignments. Went through 2 wave of assignments, including both interesting business-case-style simulations that gave a sense of the work being done in the company, and others mimicking a HR/motivational kind of questionnaire. The latter left quite a lot to be desired on my end, as text was capped to max characters in Twitter/X style, but hard to have someone express fully the nuances of their ambition and vision in such short paragraphs. Max time is set for each assignment, and timing is quite tight, no room for getting distracted or re-check calculations multiple times.
