Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bending Spoons
Colloquio
Considering the fact that I applied for an internship, I was honestly expecting the process to be shorter. However, they are equally selective with whom they will accept to be an intern as they are with permanent positions. This is of course not a bad thing, but don't expect it to be much easier to score the position, just because it is an internship.
There are several steps you need to go through. They emphasise that no specific technical knowledge is required (although, I am sure it is a plus if you already have some experience), with the most of the process revolving around logical thinking, you as a person and showing that you have the potential to become a great engineer, if they decide to train you.
While the whole process was difficult and exhausting, it is all the more satisfying when you receive an offer in the end. But, even if a candidate doesn't receive an offer, they receive valuable feedback on what are the areas for improvement which will definitely help in the future.

Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company

There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
