Before to get the technical interview I had to solve 7 problems of half of a hour each (3:30 hours total). In the end they rejected me in the matter of not having enough positions for hiring. I considered that they actually didn t look on my CV and after they sent me the test they considered that i don t fit their job

they sent me tech interview. they want me to share my screen and camera. it wasnt coding much. it was math and logical problem. how you approach that question etc, not coding

Extremely long and inefficient process. You need to complete many long take-home tasks and you'll spend hours with those before even talking to someone.
The 3 interviews are nice and people really kind, that is a plus.
However, they asked for references and made interviews with them, only to get rejected in the end.
Had to do a technical 45min task that had questions from general logical reasoning and computation. The task was interesting although had to answer 7 questions in 45min so quite quickly
