After the CV screening, we proceed with two batches of logic and problem-solving tests, plus a round of coding and some personal questions. These parts take time, but they can also be carried out in 30-minute slots and not all at once. After this phase, we proceed with a first interview with the recruiter, in which some behavioural questions are asked. A technical interview follows, with further logical and problem-solving tests to be solved at the moment with two company members. The last phase is again an interview similar to the first with the recruiter, but with two different members of the company.
